Hyatt House Naples 5th Avenue

We liked the comfortable room and the pool area, also the location was great. It is a beautiful hotel

The customer service was excellent!! The ladies at the reception were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They let us store our luggage while we went to the beach until our room was ready. I didn’t sleep well the first night due to the street (cars) noise. I discovered the next day the balcony door was broken inviting in street noise. I notified the front desk receptionist who kindly switched our room. I requested a room away from the street which she was able to offer us. Glad to say I slept so well the following nights! Our room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was a nice touch for snack prep (even had silverware and pans etc). The pool area is relaxing (despite the noise from the airplanes flying over). Great location- 5 minutes from downtown and the beach!

Excellent comfortable hotel within half hour walk to the beach and right on 5th avenue which is always a great place. Staff very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Rooms were outstanding and very modern. Breakfast was very good with good choices for all. Pool very clean and a fantastic view over the bay. Excellent hotel.

We requested a water side view room, a few days before we arrived. We were staying for 13 nights and it was important to us to have that outlook. We weren't disappointed. The room was great, the view , excellent. The complementary breakfast was also excellent. Great food choice every morning. Staff were all amazing. We will be back

The hotel is lovely, we had a great room overlooking the water. It was very spacious with a super king bed, corner sofa, breakfast bar area and well appointed small kitchen if you wanted it. The bathroom was nice and so were the toiletries. The bed amazing. Breakfast was good too.
